How is storage billed?+
By the size of the unit you actually use, billed monthly. Scale up as your inventory grows, scale down when it shrinks. No 'next size up' upcharge — we right-size to your stuff inside our 200,000 sq ft facility.
How long can I store with you?+
From one month to as long as you need. No minimum-term contract on standard storage. Short-term and long-term run on the same monthly unit rate.
What does '100% climate-controlled' actually mean?+
Our facility runs 70–75°F year-round with humidity in the normal indoor range. Same conditions as a conditioned home — leather doesn't dry-rot, wood doesn't warp, electronics don't corrode.
How much lead time do you need for pickup?+
Same-week pickup is typical Tuesday–Thursday. Weekends and first/last of month book 2–3 weeks ahead. Get your quote in early if you're working a closing date.
What can't I store?+
Federal non-allowables: flammables, ammunition, propane, perishables, anything alive. Everything else — furniture, instruments, art, business inventory, archival documents — is fair game.
What coverage applies while my stuff is in storage?+
Silver valuation is included on every storage account at no charge. Gold and Platinum upgrades available for art, antiques, and high-value inventory — quoted with the storage agreement.
How do I get my stuff back?+
Text or call us with the delivery address and date. Standard lead time is 48–72 hours. Same crew loads your unit onto the truck and delivers door-to-door — no U-Haul rental, no second lift.
Can I visit my stuff?+
Yes, by appointment. Most customers don't — they pull individual items via on-demand delivery instead, which is faster than driving to a self-storage gate. Either works.
