What's the difference between this and regular self-storage?+
Self-storage is a key, a code, and a metal door — you supply the truck, the muscle, and the visits. Pickup & delivery is full-service: we come get it, we store it climate-controlled, we bring it back. You never rent a truck and never visit the warehouse.
How fast can I get a single item back?+
Standard on-demand delivery is 48–72 hours from your text. Need it sooner? Tell us — Tuesday–Thursday afternoons we can often do same-day or next-day on small pulls.
Is there a minimum I have to pull?+
No minimum on item count, but on-demand deliveries have a flat trip fee plus per-item handling — so it's almost always cheaper to combine a few items into one trip than to text us once a week for one chair at a time.
Can I add stuff to storage later?+
Yes — schedule an 'add-to-unit' pickup any time. We come get it, log it into your existing inventory, and add it to the same unit (or upsize you to the next unit if it overflows).
How is this billed?+
Three line items: one-time pickup move (priced like a normal move), monthly storage by unit size, and per-trip re-delivery (whole unit or on-demand item). No annual contracts.
What if I want to visit my unit anyway?+
By appointment, sure. Most P&D customers stop visiting after the first month because pulling items by text is faster than driving over. But the door's open if you want it.
Can I send the delivery somewhere different than the pickup address?+
Yes. Different address, different city in our service area, even a different person receiving — just give us the address and the contact name when you schedule.
