When do I need to book?+
Book by mid-April for May pickup, and lock the August delivery window at the same time. The first week of May (finals + dorm move-out) and the third week of August (move-in week) are the busiest weeks of the year.
Will you pick up from a dorm? They have weird loading rules.+
Yes — we pick up from Jester, San Jacinto, Kinsolving, the West Campus high-rises, Riverside, and the off-campus apartments. We know the loading zones, the elevator reservations, and the freight times. Just give us your building when you book.
How is student storage priced?+
Small loads (under ~10 items, no large furniture) are per-item pricing. Full studio/1BR loads are flat monthly per-unit-size rate, same as any other customer. We'll quote both at booking and you take the cheaper one.
What if I'm not coming back to Austin in August?+
We deliver wherever you're going in our service area. Switching to a different Texas university? Moving back home? Long-distance delivery is quoted separately and we'll line up the date.
Can my parents pay and book on my behalf?+
Yep — most do. Quote, deposit, and final invoice can all go to a parent's card and email. Pickup and delivery contact can still be you on the day.
What can't I store?+
No flammables, no propane, no perishables, no live anything. Mini-fridges are fine (defrosted and drained). Microwaves, TVs, electronics — all fine, and they sit in 65–75°F all summer instead of a 110°F attic.
What if I need something out of storage in July?+
On-demand single-item delivery runs all summer, 48–72 hour window. Need your bike, your guitar, a specific box of summer clothes — just text us.
